those sing-a-long songs

for some audit purposes, our office has been radio silent for a while. maybe longer than a while.

Last few days though, someone turned on the radio again, and we've been listening to Brunei's No. 1 radio station, Kristal FM.

I forgot what day this happened but they happened on two separate days.

Now, the radio sound is pretty close to me, like 3 tables away.

So, that day 1, I heard a familiar melody. In my head I was humming along to it, until the chorus came, quite a number of people in the surrounding section sang a long. including myself. not so loud though. Just to ourselves but still other people can hear.

and upon realizing what was happening, we all laughed.

the song was Celine Dion - My Heart Will Go On

My heart was happy.

and then, on day 2,

same thing happening again, but this time, the song is more upbeat and people almost sang from the beginning to end. only different was no one laughed at the end. like it was just a normal thing to sing a long in union to a song, during working hour.

IT WAS AN AWESOME DAY! almost

I think it was a stressing day to some that singing a long is the best remedy. :)

Hello friends,

A quick one tonight.

for the second time in my Shawol life, Onew is involve in a scandal.

His first one was thta Middle Finger thing Onew gave to Jonghyun during a live Radio Interview.

and his second one is far more serious. 

Onew is charged with Sexual Harassment.
although the charges were dropped even before the news broke, but the lady has change her statement 3 times up this point. So, the investigation is still on going. the fact that Onew is a celebrity, this whole thing is being blown out of proportion. 


Now, I am not gona dwell on in too much more on my blog coz believe me even in the SHINee World, this topic has been the main feed since the day the news break.

Anyway, my second respond was "masa time Westlife, fav ku, cBryan, pun kana kes cemani. and Now, cOnew?!"

I mean, what luck, right?

but most of all,
I didn't think this was the news that broke my heart.
I always thought the news that would do that to me was him getting married.

Yes, I'm disappointed.
Disappointed that despite him being a poker face, controlled kinda person, this actually happened to him.

I hope this issue will resolve soon.

Hello again, friends.

I is back with the rest of the flat lays and others.

I mean, I should share them, right? since I already took them pictures with so much effort.

These I bought at cube shop. I have tested this but have not use them properly yet.

I bought these from ebay. 

I have similar casing with SHINee's Key and SNSD's Tiffany. xD 

Mechanical Pencils, I bought from our local store, Hua Ho. 

notice the SHINee color? :P 

actually, most of my pens I bought from Hua Ho Department Store. thats why its the one store I shouldn't go into. but its the only department store in Brunei that has the coolest of items and I like to browse around. and ended up in the stationery section and bought some pens. LOL!!

Hello friends,
Welcome.

Last week I posted a hint for today's post.

FlatLays.

and boy, let me tell you; not. an. easy. task.

Applause to those studygram people who dedicated their IG doing these flat lays.

coz, this would be my first and only time.

LOL 

the reason why I titled this post Flat Lays was because, I wanted to share with you the things I bought during my solo trip to Singapore. it wasn't much but I think it's enough to share them in this post.

and also, coz Jessica asked for it. ≧◡≦

As you all know, I'm obsess with stationery. be it Pens, journals, note pads, markers, you name it, I gotta have them all (No, not really. I wanted them all but of course I can't have them all. ingat money tumbuh on trees?!)

So, here are the things I bought:

I guess, I was still full of anxiety at that time since it was only my first solo trip. Thus, because of my anxiety, I chose not to go to the places that I had list down. ┐(‘～`；)┌

anyway,

it's one of my current delima; can't buy new phone coz I have too many phone cases for my current phone. (~￣▽￣)~

Haiya Sokka

"haiya sludger! looking for dad!"

thats a line from Richie Rich. the monitor robot thingy, who 'Google' search Mr. Richard Rich on the map.

I wanted to put my title 'Haiya sucka!' (hence why I titled it 'Sokka' which pronounced 'Saka' in the animated series, Avatar: The Last Airbender) coz thats what I thought it said all this while but I thought, I don't wanna be reported. 
*ketawa smpi kluar air mata*
*sarcasm (in case people missed it): coz I never put the word FCUK on a title before.

anyhoo, moving a long now...

I think I'm back to being the me from a few months back.

I'm stressed and mentally exhausted that I don't feel like doing anything.

and I've been eating a lot of fries/chips. which made think of Shane Filan coz he said in either Westlife Biography or his self titled Biography, that as kids, he used to have a lots chips. and now I miss Westlife.

I'm supposed to be trying out a new weekend project but so far, I've only done two trials in the length of 2 months (plus).

I know I told myself both here and offline, that a little progress is still a progress.

but i'm getting restless again. If I don't manage that project, I feel like I'm not progressing anywhere and I feel like a failure. again.

So, frustrated with that notion, I spent my time on youtube instead.
At first it was just me watching funny nail art tutorial by Christine, of SimplyNailogical.
Atfer that I came across Liza of Liza Koshy, which I original found out about from the mini clips on IG.
(both Christine and Liza is soooo funny guys! you should search their youtube channel up!)
AND THEN I came across Youtube drama.
Like, 
whaaaaat happened?!
I was watching one video after another, and tonight, I finally had it. 
Sanak ku! (this is sort of like, felling extremely annoyed)
too much talking and so serious
Some even trying to be 'smart' about their so-called debate.
Gawd! the moment that I had enough, I finally come to my senses and thought
"I really hate empty debate!"

So, to calm myself,I just spent the last 15-20 mins watching videos from one of the first few vloggers I subscribed to; DavidSoComedy



So much purity! I am cleansed!



the above video is dead funny! and I feel like I am David if ever I visit an art museum. hahahah

I mean. His video is the reason why I want to improve myself outside my current full time job. 
he may cuss a lot but he speaks the truth.
he may have a lot of $$ in his account now but when I first watched his videos, he was just like me, regular, average wage earning being. 
I mean, we're not average poor coz we still could afford to buy stuff that we like.

We're just average income earner (I think)

I don't know David on a personal level (obvy~) but from what I've watched, what I like most about him is that he's a humble person who cuss a lot.
LOL

anyway, this post is getting too long now, I should end it.

So, thank you DavidSo Comedy for helping me rids the negative energy that I received from the youtube drama that I sooooo nosily stuck my nose into from the last two nights. 

I shall try to calm myself down and control my emotions offline.

Believe me, typing/writing/saying the above is soooo much easier than done.

So, Like what I've been doing this last couple of months, I'm just gonna 'Do It' and just get thru it.

I titled a blog 'Aku Masih Torn'
and damn was i vague?!
I read the entire post and all I see was me talking non-sense about SuJu and ended the post with something along the line "I'm sooooo torn"
Like, what are you so torn about, woman?!
I might have to open my diary to know what exactly was I was so torn about

2. in 2010
I watched the real-life movie of Avatar: The Last Airbender
boy, was I disappointed. LOL
I guess that's what happened when you love the cartoon/anime so much and had too much expectation on the movie.

I didn't post anything on 8th Aug of 2011 till 2014

3. in 2015
I was ( or did I finished) watching the historical theme korean drama, Maid.
starring Jung YuMi

I noticed in some years, I posted a lot in August. 
Like, it was a special month of something.
Special month meaning me being so motivated to post something hahaha

I should be more excited in September! coz you know, my getting old day.

D28: A Memory

this was that one memory that I could not really remember other than it's a very funny one. Zoey and Kuch would remembered. We laughed so hard at that time.

Another thing yg I remembered was I wanted to be sick so bad!

(and I did get sick the next day LOL!)

To those who do not know; when you combine Durian with any carbonated drinks it makes your stomach grumble and for me it made me had a 'homemade' diarrhea.

well.. I don't like reliving my most embarrassing moment. it usually resurfaces when I was about to fall to sleep. I'm telling you, it wasn't a pleasant feelings. So, for me to try and draw those moments is really a big nonononononononononononono (x infinity)

Korean it up

So, I saw someone posted instant Jajangmyeon on IG.

and it made me crave for Jajangmyeon too.

I went to Hua Ho first and found this

yes, it cost BND3.10

pretty expensive for a pack of instant noodles.

which is obviously not a Jajangmyeon.

I almost cry. 

LOL oba~

after that I went to Utama Grand, the Mall and found this

I was a bit skeptic at first, pasal it says 'Chinese Soybean Paste Ramen' instead of 'black noodle'.

but I bought it anyway coz I crave for it. hahah I was even thinking, 'if this is not it, buang saja' LOL kaya~

I remembered seeing the above with cZoey and cBuzz a few months ago but didn't bother to buy at the time.

but now, I bought two packets (they sell it individually) and brought it to the office for breakfast.

the way to cook it is the same as when you cook the indomee goreng. Lucky ada penapis ayer di opis's pantry. hahah

well, it is instant food. how much more 'presentable' can it gets?

but it taste like the one that I've eaten somewhere in one of the Korean eatery in Brunei.

D15: Your Bedroom

well, this is like 1/3 of my room. and it's not exactly in that color. LOL

they are actually in white color.

D16: Something you bring for vacation. or in my case; THINGS

Honestly, I wasn't sure of what I actually bring during vacations. I know we had to bring some necessities. but the one thing I usually bring isn't really just ONE thing. it' a lot of things and the above are the examples. LOL me babbling is the worst.

D17: Childhood game

I was initially thinking of drawing Monopoly since that board game was and still is my fav but I thought, Snake and Ladder is so much fun to draw (and far more easier to draw (●*∩_∩*●) ) than Monopoly. AND it's a little nostalgic when I see this so I am glad Icpicked Snake and Ladder as my childhood game. 

D18: Nails

I drew my left hand and used real nail polish on this. \m/(>.<)\m/

I've always love the 'Sailor' theme paint for nails but I never got the chance to out them on my real nails. （〜^∇^)〜

D19: Fave Drinks. or Drink. (coz I lazy to draw (*~▽~))

 I only noticed that it says 'Drinks' as in plural. LOL 

I would have drawn like plenty if I've noticed it earlier. but I guess this will have to do since it really is one of my top most fav drink. ヾ(*´∀｀*）ノ

D20: Fave Artist/celebrity. (here's my version of cheat day; an edit picture via phone apps

this is a 3/4 of my work table at home. but believe me when I say picture(s) can be deceiving. hahaha and what I meant by that is my table isn't that neat.

D22: Dream

Yes, my dream is to go to one of the SHINee World Concert. After not being able to go to a Westlife Concert, I feel like I NEED to go to a SHINee Concert this time around.

D23: Fave Song

Annie 1999 version had always been my fav musical/movie of Annie.

I haven't watch the 2014 Annie but I heard this song on the radio and love it right away.

D24: Rainbow

I've loved Rainbow for its colors since forever. I even loved Rainbow cake for that same reason.

but ever since the US are using Rainbow as their 'Equality' colors, I began to not liking it anymore.

It's just my belief. I will not try and explain it here. 

I'm just pointing out just WHY THEY HAD TO RUIN MY FAV?! 

D25: Fandom

YAS! I am in the Shawol (short for SHINee World) fandom.

I'm also in so many book fandom (namely Harry Potter).

D26: Gadgets (once again, just ONE gadget)

as simple as this drawing goes, it took me ages to finish.

Make do

that one time that I wanted to paint my nails a nude color

I tried all the nude color tester in FaceShop, Etude, Holika Holika and SkinFood.

But I couldn't decide which one I should buy first.

So, the next day, after much consideration, I got home and decided to just paint my nails chocolate instead.

hahaha. 

kira, kalah-kalahan lah ni aku ah. Can not decide which one to buy, just use the one yg I already have. in my head, i was thinking, nude color is like skin color and skin color is a shade of brown and chocolate is a shade of brown. You see the connection now? 

just laugh when you still cannot see it.

a/n: I realised that my nails/fingers are ugly. they are so dry and lack nutrition. Just don't look too long at the pictures. :P

D12: Fave Movie

my current fave movie. 

I've always been a Cinderella fanatic and my ultimate fav has to be Ever After. 

but that one is a bit tough to draw and I don't have the energy to do tough doodling right now. So i settled with this one saja ≧◡≦

D13: Fave Book

once again, this is my current fav.

While I was figuring out about my fav book, I realized, I don't have ONE fav book. I have A LOT fav books! I know it's hard to believe but I'm a book lover. asking me which one is my ultimate fav is like trying to pick one fav star in the sky; i tat bit hard.

D14: Hobby

at first I wanted to write/draw me writing and reading. which they are (still) my hobbies.

but ever since the moving, all my spare time was spent on sleeping. Even when I was thinking of picking up a book to read (to check off my reading list), I ended up curled up on my bed to sleep. hahaha so, yeah, my hobby now is sleep.
