So, I miss a lot of things this week one of them being Onew! I know right. I never even met the guy but I miss him terribly. (I know, being dramatic too) I guessssss it's because he just made his drama debut and it's not gona be aired, here in Brunei with Astro's KBS channel, until 3rd March! atu pun IF kana main arah 'normal' KBS channel. WHAT IF MAIN ARAH KBS HD SAHAJA?! I DON'T HAVE HD CHANNELS! *exhales breath trying to be calm* Let's not worry just yet. I actually can watch it online coz supposedly there are websites yg bulih provide, with Eng Sub, hours after it was airing in Korea. BUTT connection di Brunei ani telampau lah awesome yg membuatkan aku malas kn bother myself to go and have a look at those website anyway the drama is called 'The Descendant of the Sun' Song Joong Ki is actually the main character. this is his first drama after he was discharged from the army. and this will be his second drama that i watch after Sungkyunkwan Scandal. xD in all honesty, and as you probably guessed, he's not the reason I wanna watch this drama. oh my Onew is so cute in it! I've watched those mini clips on Instgram posted by sooooo manyyyyyy fanaccounts and I'm not tired yet replaying the clips over and over and over and over and over and over ...well, you get the point. that's the thing, the more I watched the clips, the more i miss Onew. I know the solution to this would be to stop watching them BUTT can you really?! Onew's character wasn't even on the top 3 characters in the listing but HE'S THERE! and been out since Episode 1!! kira macam time ku obsess cSiwon (SuJu) lah ni ah.. ahahah yg sanggup liat Spring Waltz (yg boring atu) just so I could watch cSiwon for tiny bit minutes in that drama AND he was not even in every episodse! that is dedication, i tell you! So, Onew is lucky, I guess, in this drama. first two episodes already have him in them. I hope that goes for the rest of the series. I'm not even sure what the main characters story is all about! HAHAHAH Sorry not sorry! hmm.. I couldn't find the video clips. I could find the 'teasers' but that's no fun to share coz Onew's part wasn't shown much. maybe I'll share them next time. for now, I MISS YOU! my DORK! (initially, i typed 'Doc' but I think we can all agree that he is more of a dork than a doc *ketawa guling2*) . . . I came across SMTown - Open Arms on my itunes and I kept thinking, "I was there!" LOL I don't know I've shared this before (and I really don't care if this would be my third time sharing it! ahahah) but here's a fun video to watch
back then, I wasn't even sure who the EXO members yg sang this song. all I know, c Onew sang it too and how upset I am that he didn't get as much love (or fan screaming) as the other 3 when he sang. he's just as famous, ok I am recalling yg I was more excited about the song they were singing (it's my fav song off Mariah Carey's album Butterfly) and how happy I was yg cOnew sang it too! hahaha ok, that should be enough Onew for tonight.
and I can't post any of my pictures from that trip online anymore. coz I was not wearing tudung or Hijab back then. ('cool' people of Brunei been calling 'tudung' hijab these days. i think it's just fake. . i will make this argument some other time) anyway I thought about going back but I thought to myself, "I've been to the UK once, why not spend money to visit other country?" That's why I pick Japan as my next place to travel to. but that trip is not until September. So.. Last January, I bought a handmade handbag from 'Great Britain'. just to show how much i love the UK. weak excuse, I know. but i really want it! Story time; I first saw this bag from a friend who posted it on Instagram. what caught me was that it had my friend's name embossed on it. I thought, "that's nice" The next time I saw such bag was when I was at the Mall. the embossing of a name on someone's bag caught my eyes. once again i thought, "bisai jua ah" and since then, I want it too. because I'm that Asian whose name is hardly ever on a pre-embossed name on anything and this personalize embossing thing is my thing! After sometimes, I came across this page on instagram with same type of bags with personalize embossing thing. the company is called, The Cambridge Satchel Company. I don't know how long I've been following them (and the agony to endure the pain of seeing their precious bags and not being able to purchase them yet!) it must've been a year or something. it was too long! When I finally decided to buy the bag, it took me one whole week just X-ing the check out page and 'sleep on it'. One week had passed and Thursday came and finally I bought the bag (during office hour coz I is Management. I do what I want muahahaha). I was anxious for the entire transaction. i received email indicating they have received my order and will process it within 3 days. but the next day, Friday, I received another email saying that my bag is on its way. and that I'll receive it Tuesday the next week. by Tuesday morning, I did received a call from the local Fedex company saying my parcel had arrived and that they couldn't deliver it to my house (for whatever reason. i think coz to my house, it was not an easy access *muka confuse berabis*). Excited as I was, i told the person to just deliver it to my office. i waited all day for it but the fedex guy never came and i was really disappointed! coz Fedex is supposed to be super fast! and the fact that I shopped at Zalora.com the previous week and already received my parcels exactly four days after that as promised, disappoint me more. I was told, "sabar sja. maybe isuk durang antar" So, bersabar i did. The next morning, finally the fedex guy came with my parcel and i was so happy that I couldn't even hide my grin! I opened it during my lunch break, in my car. taking pictures and just ... very excited. it's actually very simple and classic looking. the one yg I bought is actually pretty small for my standard of bags (coz I usually bought huge bags that can fit just about everything..) but the color is nice! (i think it was called tea rose) and it has my name on it! at first I wanted to put 'AZ' but my sister has the same first name (yes, 'Az' is my first name. Second is 'Nuur' and third is 'Ajeerah') and I didn't want her to claim it. hahaha it's a joke we both had since forever. will tell you on the future blog entries (kalau ku ingat jua tu LOL) all in all. it was an awesome feeling. like receiving a present. from me. to me. and now, I don't have to miss UK any more. at least, not so much. . . . Hello people this is like, filler chapter, on asianfanfics.com when author had their writer's block. So... I've been waiting for this online seller, TheSorcerer'sPhone, to put one of her cases to be on sale again. I've been waiting for months for the Hufflepuff one. coz you know I'm a proud Badger. I already got a Hufflepuff poster (and two other; Narnia and HungerGames) from TheHalfbloodPrints. So, to complete the set, I'm currently contemplating whether i should buy the Hufflepuff Cup or House Rings from theGeekyCauldron. you know, to complete the set from these amazing Maynard Triplets. yes, the above online, fandom, seller are, in real life, Triplets. I forgot how i become their follower on Instagram. but you must check them out, their products are the bom! they even, just recently, had phone apps for their shops.
of course, I downloaded the 3 of them. coz I'm crazy hahahah anyway, save money, Az. for Japan trip. don't go trippin over fandom merchandises. . . .

I opened my youtube tab and somehow this video was the first I clicked on (must be that 'recommended for you' thingy, coz Kirstin from Pentatonix was in it). I wasn't so keen about the Tangled's song. I like that song, don't get me wrong but what really got me was the song from Tarzan (You'll Be In My Heart sang Phil Collins) and Hercules (Go The Distance sang by Michael Bolton). I LOVE these two songs. It's very near to my heart. *make hearts shape with hands, macam kpop artists often did xD) I rarely hear people covered these songs. in fact, this is the very first time I hear it. Like, *a million thumbs up* the background singers give you chill~~ *goosebump* I've always love Choir, I was in a choir group once. I wasn't picked, I volunteered myself (coz, my voice not really pretty, you see). hahaha Here's one comment from the video I bothered to capture ahahaha sekali nya ingat cemana kn make edit using paint. LOL anyhoo, I was supposed to be asleep like two hours ago. ah well, what is sleep? . . .
I honestly thought the previous post was a January post. :S rupanya, bukan. man time flies! I am going to share with you what happened with my DIY phonecase no. 3: paper design. Well, it's not really a design. it was mostly just shaped, cut and pasted. Step 1. pick a phone case and measure the size. Step 2. Cut your choice of background paper Step 3. Choose your bias pictures Step 4. Cut out bias picture Step 5. Use craft glue to stick background paper and bias picture together Step 6. Stick that onto the back of your clear casing. Step 7. Cover your paper up till the edge of your casing with your Multi Medium Matte adhesive. Step 8. left to dry. Step 9. use Step 10. realizing the mistake you make Step 11. no longer using. now sits in my drawer for a self reminder of what not to do with DIY paper design for phonecase. my mistakes: a. I think I need to cut the background smaller so it fits the back side of the casing better. b. I should have used the Glossy effect instead of Matte. c. maybe a soft gel liked casing isn't the best material to use for paper DIY phonecase design. d. maybe the type of paper I used is too thick that's why it wouldn't stick. Hmmm.. I don't know, I think I'm gonna give this DIY another try before i proceed with the 'painting' DIY. . . . a/n: I learn mostly from Youtube
It's been ages since I last seen my hotmail via laptop/website. and today, because of some emailing issue, I ended up using the website version of hotmail using my laptop. boy was I surprised and confused. I'm not some IT savvy person and anything i did manage to do on the internet are mostly basic. I mean, REALLY fcking basic. (eg, this blog design. I used Templates!) So, when hotmail kept asking me to send a 'security code' to 'purple.and.lime@hotmail.com' mail, I was like, "Oh, 'purple and lime' ani sample email kali". It's not. it hits me, after several tries, that I OWNED purple.and.lime@hotmail.com! I don't remember why I made it. probably out of 'sakai-ness'. you know, since at that time, making a hotmail account is so darn easy. maybe. I don't know. seriously, I have no idea! and then when I tried to change it, came out another email address that reads 'pu****@hotmail.com' (Yes, cematu kana buat.. I don't know kana censored kh apa kh.. I know, what the hell right?) I'm so confused! why on earth did I make this weird hotmail accounts?! but luckily, after a few more headaches figuring out this 'Outlook', I managed to get thru all the securities and updated it. Once that's done, I decided to clean my inbox. clearly i didn't 'clean' much using my phone (coz usually, I open my mail and delete everything). and along the way, I unsubscribe to this hmv newsletter (again, wtf face). When? How? Why? I unsubscribe to any update from my youtube account too. and here's the bizarre one; Twitter account. i was on my way to disable my email notification when it asked me to log in and when I did, a message came out saying 'there is a suspicious activity going on' and it asked for some security questions. then aku realized yg the display pic wasn't mine and I was hit the second time. I've changed (via my phone) my username from Vengeance to AjeerahAwang a while back. the funny thing is, why it let me thru in the beginning when I keyed in Vengeance with my current password? I refreshed the page and keyed in the correct account name and password and everything went back to normal. Lucky we didn't panic - Ronald Weasley, Philosopher's Stone. this whole thing is such a nerve wrecking experience! I know, I know. to some, this might be something of small matter. but for me, it is such a big matter. maybe because, I still love my hotmail ID. it's childish, yes, but it holds a lot of memories that are sooooo me, made by me, for me. I don't know how else to explain it but I wish to hold on to something that is me 10-15 years ago coz it feels like I'm losing me these days. . . . ENOUGH WITH SOPPY THINGS! on a brighter note, Pottermore Sorting is back!! and I'm still a proud Badger! Hufflepuff - Where They Are Just and Loyal! I will try and tell you all about it some other time. I know I still owe you guys the story behind my DIY phonecase too. xD until next time! . . .
