10:45pm now and I should've done this at 9ish tadi but..are we even surprise at this point? 🤷

So, book read update!

I finally finished my mini Harry Potter marathon.
Started in Aug with the Philosopher's Stone
and
Finished last Monday 21st Oct with the Deathly Hallows.

Two books took longer to finish. Partly becoz I was lazy and another, becoz, I preferred sleep over trying to reach my own personal goals.  😂 

For weeks, I've been having very little sleep becoz of my will to finish reading all the seven books (there were other paranormal factors too but that's a story for another post. maybe) so the moment I finished book seven, I was like, "I can sleep now". i'm even feel super sleepy now. that maybe due to my age factor tho.

So, next!

I'm going to reread the Twilight saga!

the smallest black cover is the first Twilight book i bought, I signed 2014 when i finished reading it and that probably when the first movie came out. maybe. 
the biggest black cover (the 10th anniversary I think), I believe i bought in 2018? maybe? if not pun 2017. i bought it but have not read passed first chapter of the 'reverse' version.
the same height of black and white covers were also bought either 2017 or 2018. these three langsung alum pernah baca. Last time I read from ebooks. I bought them becoz its an anniversary edition (the whites) and I wanted a physically copy of my own. for memory sake. 😉

I made this same 'Book Read' box in  my journal.

I'm not gonna set any strict goals this time around. all I want is to read the three physical copies that I have. maybe If aku rajin, I will try and read the Twilight 'reverse' version again. we'll see.

Just in time for Halloween too!

but i doubt I can finish all 4 before 31st Oct. like I said, no pressure.

My Shoe, My Post, Mine all the way

I've been very cautious of what I write AND post on social media.

Like, I'm taking care of everyone's feelings for them.

BUT I thought, It's my account, my social media, then it's only relevant that I post what I want.

IF you can't handle my posts (coz apparently, everything I post are meant for them), then I suggest you unfollow/delete/block/etc me from your social media accounts.

NO, I'm not threatening you because I think you wouldn't do it. Instead, I VERY MUCH APPRECIATE IT IF YOU UNFOLLOW ME. Why? because it'd be less heartache for each sides. 

I've been wondering why I have to avoid logging in into my own account just so I can avoid people's post. 

I shouldn't have done it. I should've just do what I want, when I want it.

I shouldn't have to "terasa" from others' posts. 

I shouldn't have make their post my problem.
Because it's not.
It's theirs.

I'm pretty sure people be saying the same thing (of the above) to me.

So, all I'm saying is that, my posts are mostly random; random rage, random boredom, or simply just random random. If somehow it affects you in any way, then, that's not my problem. 

like the old saying goes, IF THE SHOE FITS, WEAR IT!

11th Sep

I was back to work the day after my birthday (I'm always on leave on my birthday ;) ).

and being the nice person that they are, my colleagues decided to surprise me with a cake PLUS a birthday song. they meant well, of course, but I was embarrassed. 

 
I never like attention. not publicly like that. but i blew the candles at the very end just to give people a show.

it was a very pretty (and yummy) pink cake.

thank you all for your kind thoughts. hugs.

BUT

one person (or two. or three) had to be a menace and 'wrap' my car. 

Jauh sudah ku park tu ah, sanggup durang mencari bah di mana kereta ku..I know they meant it for the fun of it, so, malas tah ku jua kan marah2 (marah2 coz i was the one yg had to 'clean it up'). 

I kinda like the gesture pulang. like, 'they remember my birthday' kinda squeal. 

although, after I posted this on my IG, people went 'Happy Birthday' on me. I want to correct them yg it was actually a 'belated' but malas ku menaip ah. Ended up, I just thank them. it did feels like my birthday all over again. So, thank you guys~!

a/n: this would be the second year they did this to my car. I'm not going to bring my car for the whole of September next year. muahahaha

Harry Potter.

I know

what you're thinking, 'Harry Potter sja jua anak ni".

Well, I can't help it, ok? Or maybe I can but I. Am. Weak.

LOL!

Since last month, I've been rereading my Harry Potter novels; Order of the Phoenix, Half-Blood Prince and the Deathly Hallows. 

Just now I finished the Philosopher's Stone.

and now I'm about to start with the Chamber of Secrets.

I don't know.

maybe I just feel like I need to do something at this moment. Well, I'm supposed to be doing something else but I'm demotivated. So, here I am, reminiscing the good books of JK Rowling.

or maybe, I just wana be taken away from the real world and into a fantasy. 

or maybe because it stops me from "over-thinking" for awhile.

So, I don't know. 

Reading helps.
