I have something agaisnt her for some reason. maybe she reminds me of an old buddy.

Anyway,
I know she has a new song, Down, out at the moment, but I can't talk about that now since I have not listen to it, yet.

So, lets talk about her first mini album, UN2VERSE

took me forever to finally decided to download the album.
coz I remembered how I feel about Taeyeon and her first mini album, and thought I'd give Jessi's a chance.

boi! I was not disappointed.

I stand by my words; don't judge a song from its MV.

hahahaha

I think I like Arrived. coz it's in English. LOL

Gucci is thug.

Her singing voice is gorgeous. I don't know about her rapping tho. I mean, I can rap along, so thats cool. LOL

Seriously guys, if you want to stan a song, don't watch the MV. Listen to the audio first. coz chances are, you'll straight up hate a song when the MV sucks.

Surprise, Surprise

So finally finished watching the Malay drama/tv series, Tuan Anas Mikael.

Started at around midnight and finished at almost 7am this morning. 

LOL

I woke up at around 3pm after that. 

Anybody who is anybody knows how much I'm not really pro-Malay drama/movie 

but Tuan Anas Mikael is an exception.

it's an adaptation from a malay novel of the same name 

(No, I didn't read the book). 

the two leads were played by Aaron Aziz and Zaya Zya.

the story line revolved around this poor girl becoming a housekeeper at this rich and young bachelor house, the bachelor 'arranged' future fiancee delirious-bratty attitude, the fight over inheritances, and how in the end everyone is bloody related. 

like, whaaaatt  ლ(́◉◞౪◟◉‵ლ

I first watched the first few episodes at Kuch's house last year; there was a rerun of the series that one weekend and we were watching that for our 'hang out'. and I got so into it.

I think i fell for the way Aaron Aziz and Zaya Zya portrayed the main characters. Kiut!! I was literally squealing (Yes, squeal. Ask the other Geng Keras) especially during the 'baby, mummy, daddy' part. I know would have gag were it to be from another drama/series but at that time Aaron and Zaya presented that moment well. their facial expressions were the BEST! in that drama. 

I was laughing non stop at 2am-3am. some episodes are just crazy funny. well done you guys! 

my reaction to this Tuan Anas Mikael was the same way when I watched Korean drama. 

it's that cute, i tell you!!

I once thought Lisa Surihani has the best expression when acting but I guess not anymore.

Zaya Zya has the best right now! almost comedic! she's awesome!

anyway, BEST MALAY SERIES I'VE EVER WATCHED IN MY LIFE! (I said 'in my life' because I can not recall any other malay drama/series/movie that can top this).

Feb the second

Geng Keras had another get together.

I wasn't actually able to go in the beginning but seeing as I wanted to give Kuch presents before she fly off, I came jua. walaupun aher.

When I sampai, they all had already started eating and watching some singing competition via Buzz new laptop. I shamelessly joined eating; Pizza and PuffLuva.

but after a while, I suggested we watch something else, coz as much as I love singing (watching or listening), it get a little too much.

Kuch suggested Barbie. among other suggestion yg I couldn't remember anymore.

and what a laugh it turned out to be!

We stumbled upon this Barbie Life in a Dreamhouse series. We clicked the one with the longest hour on the clock so we didn't have to constantly click a window, you know, and started watching and laughing insanely. and I mean that, insanely!
the series are each very short and the story was mostly about Barbie (duh) and friends going about their 'famous' life style or the sort.
the funny thing is, they know that they are dolls, made of plastics, even their fire is made of plastic. their logic is so katun! like, it's just a toy! and their appliances are mostly bigger than they are. Like, the girls mascara is so big! you have to watch it to see the funny that I am talking about.

and look at what we have in common with one of the series?

I've been downloading the series just for the sake of it. 

and even become so engross that I bought Barbie's lollipop!

While I was browsing ebay, I even came across this!

it's moschino btw. I saw Tiffany from SNSD wore it once. 
Kuch told me to buy a few since in Barbie, they had the habit of throwing away their vain mirrors.
Ok, ching, I'll do just that. hahaha

I've been wanting to download some more of the Barbie series but my internet connection is sooooo awesome that I have to put my wants on hold for the time being and just watch the ones I only ready have.

Pink is getting into me. I was just joking when I said it but it's becoming too real that Pink is my new fav color!

11th Sep

I was back to work the day after my birthday (I'm always on leave on my birthday ;) ).

and being the nice person that they are, my colleagues decided to surprise me with a cake PLUS a birthday song. they meant well, of course, but I was embarrassed. 

 
I never like attention. not publicly like that. but i blew the candles at the very end just to give people a show.

it was a very pretty (and yummy) pink cake.

thank you all for your kind thoughts. hugs.

BUT

one person (or two. or three) had to be a menace and 'wrap' my car. 

Jauh sudah ku park tu ah, sanggup durang mencari bah di mana kereta ku..I know they meant it for the fun of it, so, malas tah ku jua kan marah2 (marah2 coz i was the one yg had to 'clean it up'). 

I kinda like the gesture pulang. like, 'they remember my birthday' kinda squeal. 

although, after I posted this on my IG, people went 'Happy Birthday' on me. I want to correct them yg it was actually a 'belated' but malas ku menaip ah. Ended up, I just thank them. it did feels like my birthday all over again. So, thank you guys~!

a/n: this would be the second year they did this to my car. I'm not going to bring my car for the whole of September next year. muahahaha

10th Sep

I have turned 27!!!

no, i wasn't that excited but I'm sure as hell not going to deny it anymore.

anyhoo..

utk memulakn cerita, I just wana share a short version of how my day went on during the 10th of Sep.

it didn't start off well. I spent half my morning at the workshop 

coz my car broke down the night before. but even that wasn't all bad; I finished reading my book The Moment Collector by Jodi Lynn Anderson that day (which is a very rare accomplishment these days).
and since it was my birthday, my family members were generous and gave me money as birthday present, as a way to pay for my broken (now fixed) car. I can stop saying 'alhamdulillah'. I was somewhat lucky that day despite the broken (now fixed) car. SO thank you family members! I love you!

then, during dinner, I was given a birthday surprise by two beloved friends; Bazilah and Zawir. I cried. and I got lovely presents from them too. thank you lovelies.

pastu, we spent some 'wasting time till 1am' time at the empire. did you know you can just walk in there eventhough you are not guest at the hotel? No? well, now you do. 

all in all, it was a good birthday. I wouldn't wanna have it any other way.

Happy the Birthday

Hello everyone.

today's post would be about MY BIRTHDAY!!

and in all honesty, people's been greeting me since the 7th Sept. (because they thought it was my birthday that day -.-)

and then there were two awesome people who excitedly and confidently greeted me on the 9th. (ahahah thanx guys. REALLY appreciate it.) and to buang kes, they sang me an advance birthday song via whatapps.

then 10th Sept came. 
I was treated to Pizza Hut buy a good friend. THANKS DUDE! 

11th Sept. 
I was on leave on the 10th so when I came back to work on the 11th, I was hoping i could keep a low profile from everybody.
boy, was I wrong?
throughout the day, colleagues were greeting me 'happy belated birthday' and i would smile and reply 'oh, thank you' in a very-please-stop-malu-ku. kinda way. LOL No, don't get me wrong. I love it. the greetings. I just, malu ku. I don't know.
Skali, masa ku balik, I was eyeing my car from a far and noticed something weird.

and when i got close enough, i gasped and turned around in embarassment. at the same time, I saw my colleague all grin up and i pointed accusingly at him, "Ko ah!"
"apa? bukan aku tu" he said but was laughing.
"cemana th ku ke kereta ku ni? malu ku eh" I said. by then, he was already standing next to me, smiling big. i hit him once. out of embarassment. THERE WERE SPRAYED RIBBONS ON TOP OF MY CAR TOO! mcm, aku g gagas kan balik. cemana tah ni??
after a couple of minutes, i finally go and approach my car...and was actually touched.
that big yellow piece at the back was actually a printed picture of Disney Princesses and a saying 'Happy Belated Birthday to you'.
and to the side, there was a picture of a Strawberry Shortcake baring the same greetings.
there was even a Spongebob Squarepants picture (and i sensed that Nazrah had something to do with this since she loves Spongebob).
the front of the car almost had me in tears. there were purple ribbons. 
So i was thinking, 'this must be the work of someone who knows me'.

a few other colleagues came and helped me clean up (after taking pictures of course). 
Thank you for the kind thoughts, colleagues! I was touched.
the culprit was found the next day. Not Nazrah.

the evening of 11th Sept.
this part was actually kinda shady but poor cWan.
hahahah blame it all on Zawir.
because he surprised me with a birthday dinner.
with the help from ex-baidurians and baiduri finance people.

when cWan asked me to 'dangani' him to a dinner, I was already suspicious. coz everytime I asked him something, he would only give me some very vague answers. I thought of 'a surprise' but in all honesty, i was more of being cautious. coz, i didn't know him that long and everytime i asked him something, he didn't give me a straight answer. So, yeah. Caution Alert.
Thus, in my defence, they (yes, THEY) should have thought of a more convincing storyline.
LOL!

All in all! THANK YOU ZAWIR!! I REALLY APPRECIATE IT! thank you for the gift too!

Thank you for Rasyid for being the first greeter on the 10th. ;) (coz the earliest ones are from Bazilah and Kaka. they scared they couldn't greet me when the clock turned 12am/10th. So, they greeted me a few minutes early).
