speaking of Disappointed

I was watching some reaction videos on youtube when I came across a reaction for Ailee's MV.

and I remembered how she has Heaven in Japanese version.

So, i went and search for that and found this video





my initial reaction?

erm, why?

let give her the benefit of the doubt;
maybe this is her first time performing her Japanese song.
thus, she didn't seem confident. and she kept looking down (probably reading the Japanese lyrics).

I'm a little disappointed lah

I know this is an old video plang..but still 

BUTT

don't get me wrong, her Korean/English live perfomances were all awesome!

her voice is not a joke.

that Japanese performance saja a tat bit disappointing :/

Onew new solo!

So, SM released a new single for their SM Station project.



Onew & Lee JinAh, a song called Starry Night

I'm not crazy over the top with it but I like it.

but to be honest, I would appreciate it if it was just Onew alone.

I know Onew sang solo before for several drama's OST but for once, I want a song from SM for Onew.

anyhoo, here's the song



the video is kinda, lame. 
but maybe becoz they (Onew and Jinah) could not find the time to work on it at the same time.
there was a part where the cartoon kinda 'kissed' and surprisingly, instead of being 'jelly' over it, i was actually making this - i don't know how to describe it - shriek. the kind of noise you make when you see something cute, and you kinda hug yourself and cover your face. you know?
HAHAHAHAH seriously, i was not jealous.

although, the intro reminds me of another song's interlude:

but really...


in all fairness, Starry Night is an ok song for those who love Onew's jazz voice. 
I've never heard of any other work of JinAh before but she was ok too.

Girlie

Tiffany of SNSD and Jessica Jung (former SNSD member) released first solo mini album this month.

I wasn't really digging Tiffany's I Just Wanna Dance.

but after a few listen, it was actually an Ok song.

I do like her Once In a Lifetime song the first I listened to it.

Jessica came out a week after Tiffany's.

I instantly LOVE her Fly!

her Big Mini World is catchy too. very cute!

between the both of them, there maybe a little bias-ness in my 'opinion'.
After Jessica was dismissed from SNSD, I was kinda, annoyed, by all the other SNSD members IG posts that led me to unfollow all of them. I was especially annoyed by Tiffany's for no apparent reason. LOL
So, when Tiffany's song came out, I was actually have decided that I'm gonna hate it ahaha and until today, I still refuse to watch Tiffany's I Just Wanna Dance MV.
I listened and watched Jessica's Fly MV and as mentioned, I instantly in love. Jessica's mv is very colorful. I like it.

I haven't read Eng Sub lyrics for both song but base on the English sang, I think Jessica's is more inspirational. Tiffany's is mostly just being bratty.

Ok, I should stop. I'm really just hating on Tiffany. HAHAHAHA

additional note: I think, Jessica's and Taeyeon's first single were both very inspirational. I like that kind of song.

Having a Guy Friend

I used to have a couple more guy friends (other than my old classmates from high school) through out the years.

but now, noted the 'used to'? 
Yeah
I didn't type that wrong.

I distanced myself from them because they have a girlfriend and she is jealous AF.
or as some Bruneian love to say, "Penjeles Kan Mati".

I understand pulang. I understand how they feel. Aku kan perempuan jua.
But I hope these 'ladies' also understand the reason I stayed away was because aku menjaga hati durang supaya inda 'continue' kan jeles-jeles lagi. 
Not because i Have feelings for your boyfriend.
I am usually a neutral person, yg when a guy friend ada girlfriend and he brings her to our group outing, I usually treat her like she's one of us too. 
but these ladies usually maintain a cool facade and i think i'm not that dumb to not take a hint. like, awu, boyfriend mu, ambil chia~~

Now these couples are married and I think I was blocked from the guys' IGs too. 

I just feel sorry that our friendship ended that way.

But seriously guys, it's not you, it's your wife.

hahaha

Maybe it's because aku single kali. maybe I, somehow, mengeluarkan aura 'desperate' for a husband or something that makes them think that I'm after their partners.

Are you for real?

Yes, of course I wana get married too and have a husband but woman, I am not that desperate. Banyak lagi lelaki Korea for me to pick from; example, SHINee has 5 member I could choose out from. *ketawa gulik-gulik pasal pakai example lelaki Korea*

So, to my other guy friends yg girlfriends durang are my another extension of friends, you guys punya girlfriends are the awesome-st kerana memahami erti persahabatan (or dalam bahasa Inggeris nya: for understanding the meaning of friendship).

and just a little foot note: When I like a guy (like a crush or something), I can hardly utter a single word in front of him. So, if you see/hear me chatting away lively and/or enthusiastically, that is not it.

to those who think that this post is somewhat insensitive and thought "She's single. She doesn't know what she's talking about. Wait till she's in their shoes" well, maybe you are right. but why don't you give it a thought or two; how do you live with such insecurities? how do you live without trust? If that was the case, shouldn't you be single?

at first I don't understan what's the video was all about until I reached the end of it. mcm, oh patut inda make sense, it was just a dream. Bila jua tani punya dream make sense, right?

I've listened to the second song that came with this Single, Everytime. I like that song too! but it was only partial of that song that I listened to, balum ada yg full. So, looking forward to that hehe have a listen to it down below:



when I first tried to watch the video, the first comment that I encountered was something that goes the line of 'now, we'll wait for Mark's first single'..mcm, on Shane's vevo? really? the man just started his career again, how can you shoot him down before he even fully begin? tsk. such commentors.

and today, the top comment is, "Ive said it before- "HE COULD SING THE DICTIONARY AND IT WOULD SOUND BEAUTIFUL"!! Love you forever Shane  :o)". Aku sokong! completely. I think all Lifers would agree too. his voice is as good as it was on record when he sings live. He's THAT good!
