Errors! and it became a rant.

Ok, before we carry on talking about WayV full album comeback (next post), I just wanna say, The New Blogger board is confusing. I am not so high-tech for that kind of changes, so I revert to the old one. 

my Park Chanyeol post was published 3 times before I realized there were errors on it. my fourth try was when I revert to the old board and finally posting like normal. like what even! 

My problems were:-

Labels: I can't figure out how to add on from my existing labels.

Schedule time and date of a post: erm..I chose my time and date (this one is for my Bag post) but when I clicked 'Publish' it became a draft. 

with the old board, if I clicked Publish, the post will marked as Scheduled.

so, what gives?

Youtube video share: again, Park Chanyeol post. I used Embedded as always but why the codes are published instead of the videos? why?

Yes, ranting a little bit here. I know, unnecessary. 

I've been followed by strange accounts on Instagram (pilots and male), I received email saying i request to reset password which I didn't, ended up resetting my password anyways as advised, and my heart almost stopped when I try logging in and my feed was like empty but turned out, it was just bad connection!

It's been crazy! this happened during my 1.5 days leave from work after 3 months of no leave allowed (coz we on split team, meaning both sites had limited staff working. that I will try and rant on another post). You would think, crazy things happened before the leave! No~ it gotta happened when my brain tried to relax!

Anyway,

I revert to the old board and is now posting like usual. maybe later I will youtube on how to use the new one. someone must've shared something on that changes.

So, I came across a post on my explore page; someone video-ing in a car and showing a place I know well. being the curious cat that I am, I went and clicked on it.

I can't share the video here tho. not relevant. I just want to share my thoughts on another post; an IGTV post.

Anyway, after understanding the video post (the person, a male, owner of an online shop, showing people thru that video, di mana his physical shop is) I went on and browse his IG and I came across an IGTV post he made.
In that post, he was thanking people for their patient and understanding. Apparently his previous IG kena hacked and the one I came across with is his new one. In that video, he also said something along the line "mungkin ada hikmahnya" upon mentioning losing his 32k followers from his previous IG.

He said maybe 'hikmah'nya;

•  He found out who his real friends are - coz he asked his friends to help promote his new IG. some did. some didn't. "Kawan jenis apa tu cematu atu?"
•  "apa ada 32k followers?" He said. He also mentioned something about not getting the same amount of likes as the amount of followers he had.
•  He mentioned about 60% of his sale come from online sales. What he wanted for this new IG is followers who are buyers. not follow 'saja2' or 'stalker' or 'haters'.

Why am I even talking about this, I hear you ask?

Well...not my problem but I'm gonna speak my mind anyway.

1.  I applaud him for calling out his 'fake' friend but I feel like for someone like him, an owner of a business shouldn't be calling out people like that on his business IG post.
2.  I don't think number of likes on your IG post matter unless you want to know what people like or don't.
3.  Regarding him wanting only 'buyers' as his followers. This is the one point that triggered me the most. He want only buyers yg follow ia? maybe ada urg sebulan sekali membali beg (he sale mostly bag) but I dun think the same 1000 followers buy a bag every month.

Continuing from point no. 3.

with the way the IG algorithm is doing, I think he shouldn't be saying things like 'I only want buyers' to follow him. I mean, I didn't follow his previous IG shop but I still see his post thanks to IG algorithm thing. Buyers or not buyers, any follower is a good thing. You know how sometime you see a post, clicked on it, and found out, a friend that you follow actually liked that post and you understood why you are seeing that post in the first place? yeah. To me, that's like a free promo. and isn't that good for business? 

He mentioned the number of likes doesn't match his number of followers. but! does the same 1000 accounts like each photo he posted every time? 

All I'm saying, any type of followers matter. any amount of likes matter. I just don't like the way he dismissed them.

another point, not everyone yang follow a shopping account is there to buy. Some times, people follow to dream. Maybe they can't afford it yet. Maybe it took them longer to be able to afford it. so you dismissing your 'non-buyer' followers would hurt their feelings and you just lose a potential customer.

Yeah, you must be thinking, "Sorang jua saja. No big deal". you are wrong. 

I didn't even follow you before but from the way you were posting that, I can't look at your pretty bags without feeling judged by you and I don't think that's a nice feeling to have when you shop. LOL

I am, in no mean, an expert dalam dunia business but as someone yg work in a business environment, public presentation is important. Nothing is personal in Business. even when it is personal. "Business as usual" is the term.

Sigh. 

I think I bought a bag from his shop dulu. a harrod handbag. I think its the same shop at his first physical shop. I think lah ah..nama atu kan sama. I could be wrong tho.

Anyway,

I know this seems petty and irrelevant. ESPECIALLY I didn't even follow his previous account and I came across his new one by accident. and just that one time!

haahahah

I guess its becoz, I really don't like it when business account complaint so much about their customer. Fussy customer this. Fussy customer that. Dah lumrah business jual beli cematu, kan cemana tah lagi? Kalau kan komplen, arah personal IG. 

Not very nice lehh. Not very professional to be complaining about your customer in your business account. the word business alone made you feel like you have to be proper, no?

I unfollow/blocked some local and non-local business punya account just becoz they posted ONE post about some 'fussy' customer. I even blocked the one yg i never follow coz for some reason their post keep popping up and I hate seeing their face on my explore page. LOL.

Point is! BE PROFESSIONAL! Business account is for business. even if its the business customer yang 'testing', be graceful about it. Yeah, some times its nice to call people out (example, like that one influencer who requested to stay at a Dublin hotel for free) but come on. How to 'support local' like this? Aku balum follow but he already calling me out for not going to be a 'buyer' follower? 

ah well. I hope he learned to be more 'graceful' or 'classy' when it comes to customer related subject. better yet, delete that IGTV post. You can go about telling people about your new account without bringing other people down.

What I hate the most

Ever since I know how to travel,

I learned new things to hate.

One of them being?
When people asked me about my travels and then they made me feel like I'm doing my travelling wrong.

Man! people are annoying sometimes.

I know what you're going to say, I shouldn't listen to this people.

I don't. but that doesn't mean I can't hate it.

For a long time since my first travel, I've told myself so many times, that different people, different style of travel:

• some travel to shop
• some to be with nature (this includes mount climbing, camping, etc)
• some for the extreme sports (like parasailing, skydiving, etc)
• some for the culture (this includes sight seeing)
• some for food adventure
• some for theme park hopping

Those are some of the examples.

I guess, I'm more of a mixture between shopping, sightseeing, and theme park hopping.

of course, mine also depends on what country I'm visiting.

Like, I've been to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and Singapore a number of times before. So, for my next trip there, I usually plan for more sight seeing/relaxing, and less shopping. (keynote: Plan. we know how plans always go :P)

With all that explained, and hopefully you got the point,

I hate it when people started asking, "eh inda ko pigi ..." or "rugi ko inda (go somewhere/do something) ..."

Ummmm ani travel story ku kah or kau?

If you think I'm rugi this and that, why don't you do it, if you're so perfect? 

Coz as far as I'm concerned, there's a different between dreaming of doing this and that/planning this and that, with actually doing this and that when you finally arrive at the destination.

You can planned things for months but still fell short of your plan when you were actually doing it, no matter how thorough your plan/research is.

So, unless you've done more travelling than I do, chill ko di sana and stop raining on my parade.

I'm not the best traveller. I'm still a baby traveller. still trying to get to know this world of travels.

Yes, I might missed a certain place to visit or take picture at, but who said that's gona be my one and only time there? I could always visit again. why you so worked up?

coz a princess once said, "the most boring thing is to hear story about other people's travel"

I'm just against everything is so easily connected to him nowadays

I'm not saying its bad, I'm actually glad.
but why can't his previous album be phenominal too? when he was alive? when he needed the assurance most??

2. His MV reached 2mil in less than 24hrs.
WHERE WERE YOU ALL MASA HIS PREVIOUS RELEASES?!
why now baru th interested and commenting You've worked hard, Oppa.
come on!

3. SM and maybe SHINee management too, decided to not sale Jonghyun related merchandises at SHINee World  Concert the Best From Now
to me, lurus bah. orang nya nada sudah, it wouldn't be right to be still getting profit/advantage like that.
some even commented "SM should make an exception"
*rolled eyes*
would you want me to sell merchandise of your love ones once they passed away and take all the profit from it.
Pahamilah.
I know this news is especially hard for Jonghyun bias.
but remember, his Poet | Artist album might not be out if it was not becoz of SM.
SM already make an exception thru that album. its the last goodbye.
not to mention whatever legal actions base on their decisions.
Kindly be more open and understandble, ok?

4. with this news about SHINee losing a member by suicide are overwhelming.
Key was right to post a request on his IG; to treat them as before, to give them support.
Yes, I am one of that Shawol who wanted to see OT5 ever since Onew's scandal.
but if we insisted to see OT5 when we all know that that is impossible now, we don't just hurt ourselves, we hurt the remaining member of SHINee too.
SHINee is now a 4 member-ed group.
that doesn't make them any less SHINee.
they are still SHINee.
and we need to continue supporting SHINee as we always have.
of course, right now, with extra compassion.


I don't know if I want to listen to live stream of the concert in Japan this weekend.
macam alum ku ready.
in my head, there will be a lot of moment where they might paused and a little lost coz they have the raw-est of feelings.

2. I was right to not stream the concert coz when I did, everyone was so emotional, SHINee and Shawols. I shed another tear.
3. I wish for them to take a year long break. to mourn. to grieve. to get everything together at their own phase. I know life goes on but I think they deserve that break.

Been so busy!! and tired!! and most of all, lazy.
you have no idea just how lazy I am to force myself to make a post.
Even when, as of this moment, I have at least 4 stories to tell. with pictures. :P

Thus, to make up for lost time, I am making this post.

Today's topic is Preference.

Seems nonchalant but it's not.

Last Sunday, we met up with cKuch and her little family, di Mall.
I arrived a little early and while waiting for them, I stopped by Pandora.
This kadai Pandora is pretty new, I think opened 2016? and I liked to stopped by the 'ring' table. 
it has that springy string attached to the displayed ring, and you can pulled them to try on and then put it back on its holder (kira mcm anti-theft lah ah. since that table up front in the open). 
I bought one ring last year, as a gift to myself (LOL) and I decided to buy another ring this year.
So, last Sunday, I went there again to have a look, saw the ring I want and decided to try them on. 
at the moment, there is a sale going on, where by, you buy 3 items and get the 4th one for free.
I was like, "hmmm". I decided to buy one of the bracelet coz I thought, I can always 'top up' the charm.
as I was trying on the bracelet, while the sales person helping me search a charm, a woman came into the shop with her son. I remember she was kinda loud. She kinda just circled the kadai. by the second round, I heard her say, very loudly too, "that's why Diamond is valuable" she said to her son. and then she continued, "you must buy a girl diamond" and I 'tuli kan telinga' after that. I remember I shook my head lightly and smiled at the sales person in front of as she too heard what the woman just said.

Wanna know what was in my head at that two time I acknowledged the woman's presence?

1. It's true. Diamond has more value than Pandora's silver sterling.
2. but why are you in this shop and not at the Diamond store opposite??

I am aware that buying jewelries from Pandora is not really a good investment. 
compared to Gold, Pandora is a little worthless.
Most Pandora items are of Silver Sterling. but they do have dual colored items, like silver plus 14k Gold. they also have Rose Gold colored items.
I am no expert in Gold/Silver/Diamond values.
the only reason I buy Pandora rings are becoz, I finally could I afford it.
LOL
and they are really pretty!
(I have no real reason why)

I know there are many affordable Gold pieces but it's not my favorite color. LOL

I don't know man. I could afford a gold ring but I guess, I'll save that for my future husband to buy me. muahahahahahaha.

anyway,

there are so many other types of jewelers; Tiffany & Co, Swarovski (is this the name of the company? I am not sure xP), and Cartier to name a few.

If you can afford Tiffany, go ahead and buy from them.

If you can afford to buy Gold pieces from traditional Gold Dealers/Shops, go ahead.

If you can afford Diamond, go ahead and buy them diamonds.

Buy which ever jewelry you prefer.

but please, don't undermine other people's choices.

I forgot if I ever mentioned it here but I am a huge fan of Barbie Life in the Dreamhouse series.

Found the series while hanging out at Bazilah's house 2-3 years ago
but they somewhat stopped at Ep 75 and I was very upset about that.
The series actual run was from Jan 2012 to Sep 2015 (I Googled it xP)

Tonight, as I wanted to rewatch all those LITD series, I found a new Barbie series called Barbie Vlog.

I found them on Barbie Official Youtube channel. (you can go and search for them there)

currently its up to episode 34.
each episode runs at 3 minutes top. Similar to LITD.
and
Barbie's a lot younger in her Vlog.
She was an adult in LITD.
Hmm...

anyway,
one episode tug on my heartstrings.




First of all, I've been long not believing in Monday Blues, so when the Episode was named 'Feeling Blue', I kinda rolled my eyes.

Second of all, we all really need to watch a video from start to finish. same goes to reading a post. before we could make a debate about it.

Third of all, I am not about to start a debate here.

I've been into a lot of Emotional Training at work for the past years that I know I can be a better employee from it.

But after my last training, I realized, maybe I set the bar too high for myself.

Maybe I should chill a little.

I shouldn't be too hard on myself when other people sucks.

coz I'm not.

After acknowledging that, I become a little more relax and start taking my feelings into considerations.
