My first ever Shabab Planner and PlannerAna

and possibly my last 🤣

I preordered the Shabab Planner from Anafeebn in Nov 2024. ETA was delayed until Jan 2025.

the inside of this planner is very full of colors; mine is more of earth colors. Each month, ada Goals prompt, Monthly Check-In, Religious tracker (Fasting, sunat prayers, all good deeds etc), Monthly reflections, and weekly at the bottom of the page, ada Drink Water tracker.

all sound so good right? only issue was I didn't reach for this planner at all. I just didn't feel like opening it. Kan cakap I didn't like it, inda jua. I actually enjoyed the prompts. I guess it was just not my thing. 

I did try treating it as a junk journal instead. Nah, didn't work either.

So, by end of 2025, I barely touched the thing. Ovvy, I have to let it go.

Yang cali nya, with that experienced, I went and joined preorder with Anafee again - for Planner Ana on 3rd Oct 2025 and received the planner set by end of Oct 2025.

SO pretty in real life.

as of drafting this post (4th Feb), plannernya inda bepakai, calendernya masih inda prop open, only the Planning Chart saja pakai properly.

My solution for the planner was to bawa saja ke opis to use there since opis did not provide us with 2026 planner for the first time ever! I feel the planner will be of use there amin! sayang yo bali and inda fill in. Kan dated planner ani bukan dapat pakai for next time.

As for the calender, I think I'm gonna have it open somewhere other than my study table coz I already have one there (my fav calender from Brunei Press).

Point of this story is that please jangan bali lagi for next year! Please! the 2026 one was actuallly my third time buying them. the first time was for 2024. Atu sama jua tu, inda berapa bepakai.

So yeah, for next year, bali tah sja Planning Chart nya. Hopefully ada kana jual just that. Paling-paling pun , ada set combo yang hanya jual Planning Chart and Planner (for office use, just in case no planner provided again for 2027).

Blogger at it again!

Hi guys.

Yes, Blogger's at it again.

I know, I know. I posted an update about Blogger JUST last week ago saying that they are working now. 
They really did. that time. 

but at around 16th May to 17th May, I noticed that when I checked my blog via my phone (safari.com) the images on my blog were gone. Like, where the picture was supposed to be are now black. 

Even my profile picture showing that 'broken image' icon. like, what is going on?

But really, my initial thought was, "Not again".

After trying all weekend to no avail, I gave up and sisredha.

The next week came and I asked from Zawir to see if he can see my blog, can see my pictures? He said he can. and I asked him to screenshot for me. he did.

WOULD. YOU. LOOK. AT. THAT.

PICTURES. EVERYWHERE!

My theory is confirmed!
Blogger only works when using wifi, a proper internet connection.
Blogger does not encourage tethering, an internet connection wanna-be.

Blogger is breaking my heart.

at first I was like, I'm gonna be spending so much time at Starbucks now.

and then I thought, I could be like everyone else in Brunei, apply for TelBru espeed (internet cable).

but should I really tho? would it be worth it? I mean would it worth my money?


Here's a little story time;

I've been hanging out in Starbucks for a while.
Thanks to my colleague who has been doing this since forever.
in the beginning, I was doing it to download my fav old movies and now, I still used it to download movies LEL!
She taught me how to download these movies using the TelBru Prepaid Wifi.
when she first mentioned that, my head hurt coz it sounded so complicated but when she showed me how to do it, it was actually very hassle free.
and I've been doing this every weekend since. My solace! *haaaaaaa*
This Prepaid wifi cost me $3 for 24hrs usage. I count it as $1 per hour and as long as I spent more than 3 hours there, kira balik model lah 😜. $3 per weekend, 4 times a month, equals $12. Good bargain. of course, jangan kira makan minum di Starbucks lah ah..😂😂


So, should I really apply for espeed? 
the cheapest package with high-speed data is $75 30mbps 50GB. 
I don't know if I want to commit to that every month.

I don't mind going out every weekend, coz at least I don't spend all day cope up at home doing nothing. Going out is good. even though it means I'll be spending some money.
I'll be spending money anyway! 

sigh.

I don't know. I've been thinking about espeed for a while now. but never come to any conclusion. 
I guess, it's not that urgent yet.
I mean, Blogger still work, just not at home. 
and as annoying as that sounds, I think I can manage. 
For now.

hmmm.. 

and the best I can do with my blog posts is scheduled them. Like, I can prepared them at home first, think of what image to attach and shit, then on the weekend I can upload. 
yeah
that could work.

or i will make it work.

Guess who's Back?

Hi guys

I am late! 

I was supposed to post something on April 1st but I was just not rajin enough to on my laptop to do so.

Thus, here I am, April 7th.

Tomorrow's gonna be a touchy day and being me, I might forgot about it. So, that's a good thing.

I've been trying to read again.

I got thru a few chapters of Patrick Ness - More Than This.
up till chapter two, the story line reminds me of Constantine, the movie, where Keanu was in the parallel hell world scene. 
currently my book mark is in chapter three.

I also got thru a few couple of chapters on AFF; 
a story by Peanutbuttercup, called Water Lily. Click here if you are interested to read them. I'm not sure if you have to log in to read that but give it a try. ;) I don't call her story 'a fanfic' becoz her style of writing is beyond that. She's an awesome writer. So go and check it out, tell her Vengeance sent you xD

Usually, when I started reading, I become so in my bubble. 
and apparently that is bad for the society.

coz at the end of the day, I'm gonna have to take care of myself.

I must've love the number two. coz, I wrote two chapters baru.

it's still stagnant in chapter three. :P

I wanted to write and read again and I have this notion; I should just 'start'.
no matter how little the progress is, it is still a progress.

I wana feel like I have something more to do with my life after work.

I don't want to always feel like I need to go home just to scroll thru all my social media on my phone.

There has to be more.

I wanted more.

I just typed 'hope I will be myself again' and deleted it.

It made me wonder, 

who am I?

Coz I don't really know anymore.

I've been reading quotes where they say "it is ok if you are not who you are a year ago. becoz that's just mean, you are growing"
but
there's also this scene from Khloe's Revenge Body episode where a participant was trying to be his old self again coz the he now is so withdrawn from the world and became anti-social.

So, is the me now better or not?
I feel like I'm not better.
I feel so stagnant like my third Chapter. 
I feel like, I need to be my old self back to move forward.

The old me usually have so much to do during the night that doesn't involve scrolling thru social media on her phone.
Some nights, she would write. another night, she would read. other nights, she would try and do some fancy DIY on her journal.

that's the me that I wanted to be again.

I just want to have that creative momentum going again.

coz the me now is not really feeling good on the inside.

Face Mask Galore

Soooo, it's my bday month and TheFaceShop Brunei has gift for me.

and then since by end og Sep, my membership will expires, I renewed it. and that renewal entitled me to another gift.

I LOVE GIFTS!


and at that time, the shop was having this 'Buy 3 Free 3' face mask, so I was like, "Hmm...OK!"

I choose all the expensive ones, or not really.

Top 3 are at least B$6 while Bottom 3 are around B$8 and they told me they will charge me base on the 3 most expensive ones. (-_-)

but I still bought them despite the notice. LOL

coz I'm crazy.

and, no picture here, I still have abour 5 more face masks belum pakai.

GREAT!

So, now, I'm so rajin wearing face mask every Friday. which only been 2 Fridays since I bought the above. LOL

I seriously don't know if this face masks do any different to my face. 

there are changes on my face but I know its not from using face mask. it's just from my facial routine every morning and night. 

*shrug*

anyway,

share your excessive facial products that you bought. is it as bad as mine? LOL
