Lesson Learned.

Lesson No;

1) nvr get too close or friendly with yr Boss, Officer and Supervisor. Why? Well, tym nya kn bekwn, "Bespren" sma urg bawahannya, they'll be like, all normal, understanding and such. in a Meeting, they completely changed into their true character (that is, the Boss, the Officer and the Supervisor). and when they do, thats when they'll backstabbed you. So, i repeat, NEVER EVER get too close to them.

2) be sensitive and hold grudges for your own defences' sake. Why? becoz the 'Three' mentioned above will DEFINITELY say something harsh about you- in YOUR FACE. e.g. Me and my entire lower ranking colleague of my Dept were told that we're a bunch of Nobody. a NOBODY?! ok. it started when the 'Two' mentioned above started a meeting for our Dept. they were talking bout Lateness and having the courtesy to call the office and informing other staff n such. Then they started saying about how Our HOD, who's also the Asst. Manager, has that courtesy. then they started saying bout we should follow the HOD's attitude. pastu something like " if she can do it, and why can't you? and she's the manager, what are you? nobody". i may not catch the exact words but THATS what she (as in the one yg beckp atu lah..bukn HOD/Asst. Manager atu) said. we are a Nobody. Ok fine, our fault. aher n not calling or informing anyone that we'll be late or whatever but that doesn't gives you the right to call us a Nobody. IF WE'RE BUNCH OF NOBODY, THEN YOU ARE TOO. COZ WITHOUT US, THERE'LL BE NO YOU AND THEN THERE'LL BE NO THAT COMPANY. without us ah, nada kamu dpt kmana jua with juz you. bagtau th aku yg ko bleh buat kaja atu sorang mu, then aku terima cemuhan mu yg kami ani a Nobody. if not, FREAKIN' FUCKING HELL WITH YA!! and i quote from Ever After "they're (refers to us, urg bawah2an ani) the legs you stand on and that position demand respect" NOT SOME BITCH-TALK TELLING US THAT WE'RE NOBODY!

3) Never look back. After the Meeting (yes, am posting this blog based on THAT one meeting), when the 'Three' mentioned earlier tried to joke around, trying to make conversation, laughing at your jokes that was not intended for them to join in, IGNORE THEM.

4) why do all of the above, esp No. 1 and 3? becoz, these are their ways of getting informations out of you. the Bad, the Goods of some other people. then these information that you leaked out (mostly unintentionally, becoz you're being vunerable to someone you felt safe telling all the 'info' to) will be used in their General meeting or something and if you're not lucky, the info u gave will be put against you too.

5) So, becareful. i've learned my lessons the hard way (like i always do). i hope you won't be making the same mistakes too. i mean, make mistakes. it'd make you wiser. but this kind of mistake, it'll ruin you and yr career to say the least. So, i duno. beware? becareful? be more cautious with Two Faces Human Being? i duno. take as much as you want from this post. it'd do you good. i mean, I know life's a hardcore bitch, but there are ways of telling people the truth. (and telling any human being they're bunch of Nobody IS NOT one of them. in any way possible) Oh, remember, smua mereka2 yg lampau frenly atu kn, becareful. they're the most TWO FACES HUMAN BEING tu. NOT ALL OF THEM, NOT EVEN SOME OF THEM. juz A HANDFULL OF THEM TEND TO LEAN ON THAT DIRECTION.

6) SIAL JUA TU YA UCAP KAMI NOBODY! KAMI NOBODY, KAMU APA KURANGNYA. SAMA2 JUA KANA BAYAR GAJI WAH! IA NDA JUA KANA BAYAR EXTRA JAD BITCH CEMATU ATU! FREAKIN HELL!! BANCI BANAR KU!! MUDAHAN KAMU SELAMAT SANA AH. KAN MELIAT JUA KU DRG ATU JAD KAYA RAYA LUAN KN BEMULUT AH. THERE'S A LIMIT KN BETERUS-TERANG AND EVERYTHING KN MENYADARKN URG. I WANA SEE THEM DO THE SAME MSA BOSS KAMI ADA. SEE IF THEY'LL BE ABLE TO SAY THE SAME THING. SEE IF THEY'D BE ALL 'TRUE'. SEE IF THEY HAVE THE GUTS TO CALL US FOR THE MEETING. well, they'll definitly have the guts, that, i give them the credit but still. RESPECT TOWARDS OTHER STAFFS, OTHER COLLEAGUES?! WELL, YOU'RE NOT DOING A VERY GOOD JOB AT IT. DO YOU EVEN REALISE WHATS COMING OUT OF YOUR MOUTH? OR DO YOU TAKE YOUR OWN ADVICE AT LEAST? APPARENTLY, NOT!

7) all these juz gives me more reason to leave the job. all i need to do first is to find another job. i need the money man. my Dec plan, my mom pencen next year, everything. i need the money. Now, i understand how come people could stay working in a place where they hated so much. becoz, people needed the money. for survival!
