Popmart purchases - how it started

Day 1 (Chi-fu, from Mulan)

LOL actually, I didn't start with Pino Jelly nor Hirono as I thought I did. I first came across figurines di cube shop and they reminded me of what I've been seeing on IG reels. Now I realized that they were not Popmart but they were of the same size and concept?

From 2022

Lapas tu baru tah I found out di Connex, The One ada jual barang Popmart. I bought my first two Pino Jelly and Hirono. Pino Jelly atu pasal I saw an account on IG yg exclusively posting Pino Jelly figures. Actually I wanted the one yang macam butul coca cola but since I didn't understand the concept of blind boxes and there'd be series, I ended up buying the one I did. Hirono atu bonuses coz they were there, displayed close to Pino Jelly. Happy mistakes. Lucky me too, at the time of purchase, it was buy1free1. So, I got four extra box of figurines (Chrismas related)

From Jan 2023

and then I flew off to Singapore in Feb 2023 and got myself a few more Popmarts. This time, the character name is Beans. I bought 3. the other 3 were not Popmart. I thought they were. Again, Happy mistakes. 

And I guess, it was bonus time coz balik dari Singapore atu, membali ku lagi. Dari toyshop di Qlap Mall. Here you can see I bought cZenitsu and Tanjiro from Demon Slayer, obviously not a Popmart but Bandai related. the other two also not Popmart.

From Feb 2023

The next month, I bought all from Popmart. Another Hirono sets, Nori's morning, and Beans.

note that I like to buy two at a time, and green Beans actually missing his Beans! I noticed like waayy too late. I figured I must have thrown it away, still in its plastic bag it came in coz I kept the actual box and there was nothing in it left other than that silica thingy. huhu oh well..

The next one(s) were bought in October. I think this was when I realized I was obsessing over Popmart and reminded myself that I can't buy more than 2 each month. The Among Us were from ToyRus. and the non figurines I actually bought just becoz 😅

a/n: I started composing this post at around 9:30pm and it is now 11:54pm.  coz I was going thru my photos to extract the related ones for this post! and you wondered why I procrastinate? this is why. I tend to get distracted when doing this kind of 'research'. Once again, I thank the list I made - it kept me focus. 😘
