as promised this post will be more vibrant.
Day 3. and I called it 'Wearing Hanbok Day'.
We went to two stops; Gyeongbokgung Palace and Bukchon Hanok Village.
We rent our hanbok at a place called Best Hanbok. I already lupa berapa $$. but we rent until 5:30pm and it was still affordable.
at Gyeongbokgung Palace you can visit the area outside for free. To enter the palace ground, you must pay an entrance fee. but if you wear Hanbok, you can enter for free.
We took so many pictures OR my friend took many pictures of me. LOL of course I took picture of her too but towards the end she was too cold to bother. but we still had so many pictures!
Lemme share some:
ALL MY DONG YI FEELS CAME TRUE!
I realized that in most pictures we weren't photobombed much. I think it was becoz people don't really go far into the palace like we did. So, it was nice taking picture when you go further inside the palace area. Yes, the area was so big that we didn't realize we were there for four hours.
Thus, on to the next stop.
We took the subway to Bukchon Hanok Village.
Ok, if you've been following my blog since forever, you know the reason behind wanting to visit this area.
That's right, SuJu 's Attack On The Pin-Up Boys movie.
This place was actually an actual residential area so signs like below was put up.
and this place were more crowded than at the palace. So, photobomed a lot but that can't be helped.
I like the surrounding area. I really like the traditional design. basically, I'm just a suckers for traditional feels.
Enjoy some of these photos:
I mean, oops. ðŸ¤
After Bukchon, we went back to Gyeongbukgung to return our hanbok.
the under ground was design to fit the atmosphere too.
I love it!
When we finished, we went looking for late lunch and dinner, Halal Kitchen.
and on the way there pun so much things to take picture of. I guess I was that kind of tourist.
Klinik Gigi. I don't know why I find this so amusing. 😆
this was the stairs to the restaurant. the restaurant is to the right after that first set of stairs.
I thought I took picture of the owner. rupanya inda. He looked like Siwon. and he is Korean Muslim.
A picture of the owner on the wall. I must be really tired to not even bother standing up or even zooming in for the picture.
the view from our seat.
I took this food picture becoz he asked me too. His exact question was "Aren't you going to take picture?" LOL like, sir, aku kan enjoy my food saja ni. LOL
It was night time when we left his restaurant.
and we actually got lost. LOL and ended up going around the Gyeongbokgung Palace gates before we finally found a lift that would lead us to the underground subs.
It's not an Az Nuur travel if she didn't get lost. LOL
but as always, tiring but worth it. 10/10
Yes, many pictures this time around. These photos are still on my phone.
